I have been meaning to try my hand at bread making for awhile now. I finally decided today was the day. It was nerve racking, but relatively easy. My bread didn't turn out perfect, but it wasn't as awful as I expected it to be. I'll have to try it again soon! My next project is to find some good baby food puree recipes. I'll domesticate myself if it is the last thing I do!

Allison, you're turning into a BETTY ! That Bread looks scrumtious. Any chance you're planning on bringing some of it to Bunco ; )
Wow, good job! The only bread I've made is bananna bread and I didn't even do that until last year. Are you talking about making your own baby food? I read about it in some book and it said for recipes they do have some directions in cook books but they do also make baby cook books. If you do it, let me know how it works out.
Holy cow! First try, huh!? You sure showed me up. Great job!
Good job! My bread (when I once a year make it) never looks that good. I am wanting to try to make babyfood too. Let us know how yours goes. By the way we got Porter the Rainforest Jumper by your suggestion. He loves it!
Hey Congrats!! It looks great! And with practice it will only get better!!

It looks absolutely delicious - I think I want a slice right now!
I can't believe you have it together enough to make bread. In fact, I wouldn't believe you, but you took a picture. Wonder woman.
love the bread, I can't believe you are married and have a baby. I just lost track of everyone over the years. Thank goodness for blogspot so I can find everyone again :)
