The girls had their semiannual appointment with Aunt Janet today to have their teeth cleaned. Happy to report no cavities!

FHE Fail

For FHE tonight, I decided the girls and I would clean their room/closet, organize, and hopefully find their missing Kindle.  The way it acutely went down, they cried on the couch for two hours while I worked alone. Sometimes it's hard to have Jeff on graveyard and have to do everything alone while he sleeps...

Hello there!

I went out for a much needed girls night tonight. As I was walking up the sidewalk to come home, all I could think of was how refreshed I felt after a little time off. Then I opened up the door and saw this. Laynee had been begging all night while I was gone, to snuggle with me. I was so happy to oblige! I'm going to bed tonight feeling grateful for these rug-rats, even if Rae refused to be in my picture...

We went with grandma and grandpa McKee to In-N-Out for dinner. I was shocked when this cute boy put this hat on his head. I was the opposite of surprised when he wouldn't slow down for a picture!

The Very Best Time Of Day

While Jeff keeps working his wonky schedule, I find there isn't too much down time for me. I eat up every second of the quiet after the kids are in bed. It just happens to sweeten the deal that the girls insist on sharing a twin bed rather than each sleeping in her own!
